We guarantee our value.

We are so confident in the value proposition of our products that we will match any competing quote of equal or better functionality and scope, up to 60 days after a purchase order is received. 

HOW IT WORKS

If a competing quote is presented before the order is placed:

  • Competing quote will be reviewed by ATA to determine eligibility

  • If deemed eligible, ATA’s quote will be discounted by the difference*

If a competing quote is presented after the order (up to 60 days from P.O. date):

  • Competing quote will be reviewed by ATA to determine eligibility

  • If deemed eligible, ATA will issue a credit to the client for the difference

    • The difference will be applied to the client’s ATA Assist™ account balance

    • ATA Assist™ balance can be used for engineering services, support or as a discount towards a new purchase.

Restrictions

  • Only applies to ATA products:

    • ATA Ensure™ and Ensure³ test systems

    • ATA Horai™ fluid conditioning systems

    • ATA FlashFreeze™ cold-start module

    • Does not apply:

      • Custom engineered solutions

      • ATA Aerify™ products

  • Competing quote must be of equivalent functionality:

    • Same measurement parameters and channel count

      • Measurement channels must be of equivalent or better accuracy and range

    • Same control parameters and channel count

      • Control channels must be of equivalent or better range and controllability (i.e. ±3%)

    • Software must be functionally equivalent to FloINT™ or better, including:

      • Channel Setup Utility

      • Base Package; automatic channel I/O integration

      • Plan Editor; drag-and-drop scriptability

      • Import CSV test plans

      • Alarms

    • Components must be of similar materials, quality and functionality

    • Safety features must be functionally equivalent and meet local regulations 

    • Machine meets the same electrical standards observed by ATA

  • Competing quote must be of equivalent scope:

    • Same or better limited warranty coverage (term length and scope)

      • Full system coverage

      • Individual component coverage from manufacturers

    • Same or better service package, including:

      • On/off-site commissioning

      • Service and support contract (or cost at hourly rate)

    • Accredited ISO17025 calibration

    • Third-party health and safety audit

*At ATA’s option, we may choose to cancel our quotation, and our customer can deal with the Competitor.  We will return any deposits received.
