ATA’s 3 Core Values
NOW is the time- We act with anticipation and purpose. We believe there’s no time like the present to make an impact and to set a new standard for ourselves and the industry. We like to defy the odds when others think it can’t be done.
I will communicate, not hide- We value honesty, accountability, and dependability. We do not shy away from difficult subjects. In our commitments to the team, our customers, our suppliers, and our partners we care personally while challenging directly.
I will create, not accept - We focus on improvement and innovation. We challenge ourselves to develop the best technology for the task at hand rather than make do with what’s currently available. We constantly look for ways to do better, for leading-edge technology, for the next advances.
